Kickstart Passport Benefits
The Greater Manchester Kickstart Programme supports young people to find employment opportunities in primary care across Greater Manchester.
Each young person on the Kickstart Programme is placed at a local general practice and gets a GM Kickstart Passport to keep an ongoing record of the training they have completed.
GM Workforce Bank
Greater Manchester Workforce Bank supported through Lantum has several staff banks available to help the delivery of Primary Care services from GP Practices, Out Of Hours, Extended Access and COVID Vaccination Delivery. All banks have completed a HR governance check. It's easy to access staff by simply posting the shift you need.
