The GM Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) Foundation Programme supports trainees to gain the clinical skills to work in primary care across Greater Manchester.
Each person on the programme is based at a local general practice and gets a GM HCSW Passport to keep an ongoing record of the training they have completed.
The Primary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease elearning course includes a range of lessons to help staff working in primary care to gain essential clinical skills needed to safely and accurately undertake cardiovascular disease risk assessment and management reviews.
Greater Manchester Primary Care Passport is a service that enables staff working in primary care to keep an ongoing record of the training they have completed.
